PHANTASMAGORIA (formally London Paranormal)  produces a variety of themed events under four guises: Ghost hunting with London Paranormal, Haunted History Walks, The Original London Ghost Festival and Horrorwood Scare Attractions who supply an array of intriguing, spine-tingling and informative  events for fans of the supernatural, horrid  histories and the macabre. 

Founded in 2006 by Ian John Shillito (who featured on the hugely successful Living TV’s Most Haunted series 8 and Most Haunted Live 20/21, the company has grown in strength and size, incorporating a regular and expanding local and nationwide client base. The company’s reputation for offering honest, professional public themed events is ever increasing and client testimonials (see below) regularly applaud the company’s team members, who remain informative, passionate and approachable.

Over the past 3 years, the company has liaised with many ancient scheduled monuments, major tourist attractions, castles, historic houses and museums in order to produce unique events which knit together community, legends, ghosts and local history (which in term helps support the venues often decreasing funds) 

In 2007-09 the company specifically approached a number of locations in the South East who suffered from lack of government funding and were struggling with the annual outgoings to support such properties. They offered them a way to inject cash into their waning funds by running one of the themed events, mainly during the evening / night –time.  The locations agreed and several of them now hold regular events with the company, bringing them much needed funds to administer essential repairs etc and help secure the future of the building 

Whilst supporting our heritage, education and history awareness were major factors behind the company, the bringing together of community through our themed events is the heart of our mission.
